Evening Meditation: Tuesday 19:00-19:50, Thursday 18:00-18:50

Take a moment to relax, reconnect and rebalance at our evening guided meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for a long time this is an opportunity to meditate together and find more calm, clarity and ease in our busy lives.

Simple guidance will be given in English and there will be an opportunity at the end of each evening to ask questions.

✨The cost of the class is €10 but if you cannot afford that you are welcome to offer what you can.
It is also possible to pay for 10 classes in advance for €65.

🕐 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class so that we can begin on time.

Morning Meditation: Monday & Friday, 09:00-09:40

Start your day well by coming together to meditate. Whether you’ve just dropped the kids off at school or have the day to yourself, take the opportunity to discover some stability, calm and focus before getting on with the rest of the day.

Simple guidance will be given in English and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and enjoy a cup of tea afterwards.

✨The cost of the class is €8 but if you cannot afford that you are welcome to offer what you can.

One-Day City Retreat, 8th December, 10:00 - 16:00

Take one day out of your busy schedule and dedicate it to the simplicity and peace of meditation.

This mini-retreat is for anyone who would like to spend a bit more time to deepen their meditation practice. There will be some simple guidance (in English) and the opportunity to ask questions but mostly we will practice being in stillness and silence. We will share a light lunch together (lunch provided) and, weather permitting, we will also practise walking meditation in nearby Westerpark.

Ideally you will already have some experience of meditation but don’t worry if you have only just started. Our goal is simply to give ourselves space to be, and to cultivate a bit more calm, clarity and ease.

Learn to Meditate, 4-week course starting 16th January

Have you ever wondered what meditation is all about? Or did you learn meditation a while ago but never quite managed to keep up the practise? Or are you already meditating but feel like you could benefit from a bit more clarity and answers to your questions? If so, then this 4-week course would be perfect for you.

Through the 4-weeks we will:

—learn the most important principles of meditation

—understand what meditation is (and what it is not!)

—deepen our understanding of meditation through practice and discussion

—discuss simple but effective ways to continue the practice at home

In addition to the five evening classes, the programme is supported with an easy to use app, providing high quality, daily meditation practices that you can do at home.

⏰ The 4 sessions will run from 1930 - 2100 on 16th, 23rd, 30th January, and 6th February.

Mandali Experience, Italy

Steve will be holding meditation sessions on the Mandali Experience at the beautiful retreat centre, Mandali . Designed for everybody, the experience combines guided meditation, yoga, periods of silence and group sessions. It is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to disconnect from the daily stresses of life and discover their own natural flow.
