30-day Meditation Challenge

Many of us recognise the benefits of meditation, and the basics of the practice are very simple, but even then, it can still be surprisingly difficult to actually do it. Many leading meditation teachers advise that a great way to establish a regular habit of meditation is to practice for a short time each day and to set yourself a target of keeping this up for a period of time. It’s also a really helpful when you know other people are doing this too.

That's why for the month of August we're running the 30-day Meditation Challenge.

By committing to do at least 8 minutes of meditation a day for 30 days we can support each other to create a healthy habit of meditation.

To help keep us on track, we will also be offering regular Wednesday meditations at HOME from 18:30 - 19:15 as well as daily audio guided meditations using the brilliant Bodhi app.

We will be sharing some tips and advice on the 30-day Meditation Challenge Facebook Group where it's also possible to post comments and ask questions,
